From the outside, it looked like I had it all together — the accomplishments, the recognition, the drive.
But on the inside, I was running on empty.
I remember one cold winter morning, sitting in the parking lot outside work — unable, and if I’m honest, unwilling to step out of the car.
My head was filled with mental chatter — a thousand thoughts colliding at once.
My neck and shoulders were so stiff I could barely move.
My personal life felt like a hot mess, and my professional life seemed hollow.
I felt directionless. Helpless.
I had lost my hair, the spark in my eyes, my confidence, and any sense of excitement. It was complete mental overload — mixed with physical pain and heaviness that I didn't even know how to name at the time.
There was nothing to look forward to — only the heavy knowing that something was deeply off inside my body, and that I was an accident waiting to happen.
I felt the weight of everything pressing down — the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the quiet realization that something had to change.
That moment became my turning point.
It didn’t happen overnight.
It took time — learning to slow down, to listen to my body, to heal, and to rebuild myself piece by piece.
Through that process, I discovered something powerful: the same science I once used to develop products could also be used to transform lives — beginning with my own.
